Vybex.life, owned and operated by SAHIL SINGHAVI, we believe in helping our customers to the fullest, offering a satisfaction-focused, liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the details below:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your personalized style report, we offer two flexible options:

Report Regeneration: We'll recreate your style report based on your feedback, at no additional cost.
Refund: You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your report.

2. Refund Process

If you request a refund before the report creation process has begun, a 100% refund will be issued.
For refunds requested after the report has been delivered, 80% of the amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled anytime before we start working on your personalized style report for a full refund. However, if the process has already begun, our refund policy (stated above) will apply.

4. Limitations

Each customer is eligible for one report regeneration or refund per order.
Vybex reserves the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of our policies.
